Andrea's bio: (Shop owner, operation manager, customer service)
Hi, this is Andrea! I went to UW-Madison University, majoring in operations management at business school. I previously worked at Lands End Apparel's data science team and got hooked by the e-commerce platform. After graduation and during my gap year in 2021, I partnered with my cousin Xuan jointly opened the GlossywearDesigns shop because we are both in love with the glossy types of clothing, makeup, home decors, etc. We and many of our family members wear our designed products daily to know how the material feels and how the tailoring fits. I am a mom of a 2-year-old Maltese-Yorkie mixed dog, and currently, I am a 1st yeard Ph.D. student in operation management, specializing in online retail and customer satisfaction research. So my customer's satisfaction matters a LOT to me!

Partner Xuan's bio: (designer, photographer, maker)
My cousin Xuan went to LuXun Academy of Fine Arts, one of China's top Fine Art colleges. Xuan is a mom of a two-year-old baby girl. She previously worked at an interior design studio as an interior designer and then worked as a fine art college applicant's portfolio advisor. Now she is a housewife and a clothing designer who designs fashionable, comfortable, durable, and breathable clothing. Because of her previous fine art studying and working experience, she is highly devoted to the color and the tailor of the products. She loves fashion and cosmetics.
