Glossywear Designs is a startup founded by two cousins—Andrea and Xuan—combining their professional expertise and shared passion for glossy, fashionable designs. As a Ph.D. student and a housewife, this dynamic duo is redefining comfortable and stylish clothing for everyday wear.
Andrea's Bio

Hi, I’m Andrea! I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, majoring in Operations Management at the Business School. My journey into e-commerce began during my time on the data science team at Lands' End Apparel, where I developed a deep fascination with online retail. In 2021, during my gap year, I partnered with my cousin Xuan to launch Glossywear Designs, inspired by our mutual love for glossy clothing, makeup, and home décor.
At Glossywear Designs, we personally test our products daily—my family and I wear our designs to ensure quality, comfort, and style. As a 1st-year Ph.D. student specializing in online retail and customer satisfaction research, I am deeply committed to making sure every customer feels valued and delighted. On a personal note, I’m also a proud mom to a spirited 4-year-old Maltese-Yorkie mix named Mochi, who keeps me on my toes!
Xuan's Bio

Meet Xuan, my talented cousin and creative partner! Xuan graduated from the prestigious LuXun Academy of Fine Arts, one of China’s top fine art institutions. With a strong background as an interior designer and portfolio advisor for aspiring art students, she brings exceptional artistry and craftsmanship to every piece she designs.
Now a devoted mother to her 5-year-old daughter, Xuan has turned her focus to creating fashionable, durable, and breathable clothing that blends comfort and style. Her meticulous attention to color, tailoring, and fabric stems from her fine art education and passion for fashion and cosmetics. Her expertise ensures that every Glossywear Designs product is both visually stunning and wonderfully practical.
Together, Andrea and Xuan are committed to delivering beautiful, functional designs that reflect their shared love of glossy aesthetics. Their goal is simple: to create clothing that customers will cherish, just as they do.
